30 Day Returns Policy
Hopefully, you will not need to return anything to R&C. If you do, we want to make it as simple as possible, quick, and efficient. So, you can exchange or refund your purchase with confidence.
- Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details, our team will be ready to assist you. We will need to know the reason for return, an image always speeds the process up it if the item is damaged or has a fault.
If the return is from a change of mind and the item is no longer wanted, we can accept returns by post to our warehouse, but we will not be able to arrange or pay the postage, the item needs to be in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. The return postage costs would be at your own expense.

Returning a faulty item
If an item has arrived faulty or the product failed, and it was purchased less than 30 days ago please contact us at email@example.com as above.
If the item was purchased more than 30 days ago, we will offer a repair or replacement service if this was reported to us within 12 months of purchasing. If we are unable to repair or replace the item, we will issue a full refund.
Cancel an order.
You can cancel an order anytime up until the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Our team at R&C pick and pack orders very quickly, so it is best to contact us on 01482 795770.
If the order has not left the warehouse, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to the payment method you used at checkout.
If your order has left the warehouse, you can still get a refund by following the returns procedure above.
